美国国家健康研究院科研诚信办公室认定苏州大学教授王志伟在美国韦恩州立读博士和做博士后研究期间发表的15篇论文都是造假,14篇已撤稿,剩下一篇也将撤稿。他已经被剥夺博士学位,还能继续在苏州大学当教授吗?等着饶毅、《知识分子》说这是美国迫害中国科学家。

中国学者王志伟被撤27篇文章,剪切粘贴技巧都会用

编者按

近日,多部委印发了《关于进一步加强科研诚信建设的若干意见》,对进一步推进科研诚信制度化建设等方面做出部署。就在近期,科技部将会同40余部门联合发布《关于对科研领域相关失信责任主体实施联合惩戒的备忘录》。科研诚信是科技创新的基石。近年来,我国科研诚信建设在工作机制、制度规范、教育引导、监督惩戒等方面取得了显著成效,但整体上仍存在短板和薄弱环节,违背科研诚信要求的行为时有发生。为全面贯彻党的十九大精神,培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,弘扬科学精神,倡导创新文化,加快建设创新型国家,现就进一步加强科研诚信建设、营造诚实守信的良好科研环境提出以下意见。建立终身追究制度,依法依规对严重违背科研诚信要求行为实行终身追究,鼓励对违背科研诚信要求的行为进行负责任实名举报;2018年12月6日,总理也强调严查违背科研道德和伦理的不端行为....

原苏州大学(现温州医科大学)王志伟教授的27篇论文(第一作者12篇,第二作者5篇,其余作者 10)因学术不端行为被多种知名学术期刊撤稿。这27篇肿瘤学领域的学术论文主要发表于2006年至2011年之间,被Cancer ResearchInternational Journal of Cancer, Cancer等期刊撤稿。撤稿原因是论文里图片重复编排(镜像翻转、魔法拼图,重复使用图片),甚至图片直接复制了以往已经发表的论文(一图多用)。论文的第一作者是在美国韦恩州立大学医学院学习/工作期间的王志伟,而通讯作者则是曾经的“抗癌英雄” Fazlul H. Sarkar教授(在Retraction Watch网站上,Fazlul H. Sarkar被撤稿论文排名前十位)。王志伟教授在苏州大学5年期间(2013-2018年)所发表的40余篇论文,多篇论文也存在图片重复编排使用,涉嫌造假(后续进一步爆料)。现在RetractionWatch分批次报道。同时RetractionWatch@温州医科大学等机构,进行后续的处理。
