Our Saturday classes will resume on April 6th. You can check the BAUS website to see on which days we will be having classes for the period April through June. We won’t have a class on Saturday, April 20th and April 27th, May 25th, and June 22nd (the last date will have to be removed from the website). Here’s a link to the website:
We have meditation from 9 am to 9:50 am, and the sutta discussion from 10 am to 11:20 am, with a short Q & A session after the meal. Most classes will be in the Kuan Yin Hall. If we have to move to the library for a class, we’ll let you know in advance. At the first class, I’ll give a short review of the basic instructions in meditation.
For those who can’t attend the class in person, there is a button for viewing a live-stream of the class. Recordings of each class are made available on Youtube. There is another button for gaining access to the Youtube videos.
The sutta discussion will be based on the Anguttara Nikaya (Numerical Discourses), Book of Threes, continuing from last fall. A PDF can be downloaded from the website. We will resume with sutta no. 67 “Bases of Talk.”
